Best for:Latex is suitable for many types of sleepers but it’s my favorite for combination sleepers. This group needs to be able move and change positions easily, so latex foam’s natural bounce should help. Its organic composition is likely to be a boon for eco-friendly sleepers, as it was mentioned earlier.
Not Recommended: If you require deep pressure relief at your hips or shoulders, latex might not be the right choice. Although the material is soft and comfortable, it won’t give you the same comfort as a memory foam mattress.
